Assembling SABB Diesel Injection Pump

Assembling a Bosch Diesel Injection Pump for Sabb 2 cylinder diesel engine.

This diesel injection pump is a Bosch model number 0 414 162 978. The pump is mounted on a SABB 2H-21C diesel engine.

The SABB factory's website
www.sabb.no can provide you almost all documentation about the engine but they doesn't have any information about the Bosch diesel injection pump used on this engine. The pump is from the brand Bosch.

While rebuilding the engine we also took apart the injection pump. Here are some pictures how to assemble him in the right way.
